SUMMER CAMP

Dynamite is thrilled to offer our super popular Summer Camp June 13th - August 26th, 2016. Fun filled days of bouncing, climbing, flipping and friendship await. Our camp sessions run weekly with half day, half day extended and full day options available.

Dynamite Agility Center (DAC) provides an action-packed camp experience filled with obstacle course training and trampoline skills. Mix that with with flipping and flying, crafts and free play in the gym and we're just getting started!

MIX IT UP! combines a morning at DAC and an afternoon at Dynamite Parkour Center, right down the street. Campers will swing, jump and climb all morning on DAC's ninja warrior and agility course, and flip into its foam pit off trampolines. At noon, campers will pack up their things and walk to DPC for lunchtime followed by an afternoon of climbing, swinging and jumping on parkour-specific equipment. (Please bring athletic shoes that have not been worn outside for use on the wooden blocks and metal railings at DPC.)

RATES

Dynamite offers weekly camps for the duration of the summer; while daily camp will be limited at DAC from June 13 - July 8 and only offered Tuesdays through Fridays of each week contingent on staff availability (which we evaluate on Monday after all weekly campers are situated).  Campers registered in Half-Day Extended and Full-Day programs have the option to bring their own lunch or order it through Dynamite. Parents may purchase daily lunch in person on the day of camp.

All 2016 Summer Camp discounts are offered directly through Dynamite. Early Bird rates are available until March 31, 2016.

*Must register for 3 or more weeks at the same time to get the multi-week discount for all 3 weeks. Otherwise, when adding weeks, only the 3rd (or more) weeks will receive the multi-week discount. If paying in FULL (required after June 1st), please enter your payment information but allow the front desk to process your payment to be sure you are receiving your discount as our system does not automatically discount for multiple weeks. Prior to June 1st, $100 deposits (per week, per child) are required, so we can adjust for multi-week discounts in the system. 

Once granted the multi-week discount, any campers who withdraw from any of those weeks will lose the discount and be expected to pay the full price of camp. Discounted camp registrations are not transferrable.

FAQ

Q: If I register my camper and need to switch weeks, is there a penalty?

A:  You may switch up until May 31st without penalty. Beginning June 1st, Dynamite charges a $25 switching fee for any campers who need to transfer their registration to a different week. 

Q: I registered and paid $100 deposit. When is the balance due? Do I have to do anything?

A: The balance is due on June 1st. We will automatically bill on that date. Make sure your credit card on file is valid to secure your child's spot. Any invalid cards may result in campers losing their spots and parents losing their deposits. Payment information can be updated through the "Manage Payment Options" through the parent portal.

Q: If I decide to switch gyms, is there a fee?

A: All changes between gyms or students (your son takes your daughter's place in camp) are subject to a $25 switching fee to cover the administrative costs involved in making such adjustments.

Q: Is the multi-week discount per family or camper?

A: Per camper.

Q: If I register for three weeks at once and get the multi-week discount, do I get the discount again for additional weeks?

A: Absolutely! In fact, even if you register for one or two weeks early on, once you add the third, fourth, fifth week, you get the multi-week discount for every week (beginning with the third week). 

Q: I paid  a$200 deposit (for two camp weeks) but my child has decided not to attend camp. What are my options?

A: One option is to lose the deposit; however, we want to help you find a Dynamite camp that works for your child. We have four gyms to choose from (gymnastics, agility, parkour, and tumbling & cheer! If your child still isn't interested, you can apply the deposit towards a sibling's camp. Rather than lose your entire deposit, you will incur a $25 switching fee. 


REGISTRATION

Summer camp requires registration via our parent portal (click on Camp Registration button below) AND forms required by the state of Maryland, which governs summer camps. 

HEALTH FORMS (REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF MARYLAND)

The below forms are only applicable to our summer camp. These forms must be submitted prior to starting camp!  Submit the required forms listed below at least two weeks before your child starts camp. Forms may be submitted via U.S. mail, e-mail, or in person at the appropriate office. If your child has special medication needs or resides outside of Maryland, additional forms are necessary (see below). CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED WITHOUT THE REQUIRED FORMS AS THIS VIOLATES MARYLAND STATE LAW.
